WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

As a Project Manager, Field Service, you will oversee the successful planning and implementation of new projects within the growing Field Services organization beginning with the successful onboarding of new service customers thru project execution and transition to Field Service Operations.   You will work with the customer and the Field Service team to ensure timely execution of service requests to exceed customer expectations in delivery and quality of service.   You will be responsible for and report on the customer’s Key Performance Indicators.   

The Project Manager, Field Service will have a direct impact on our Field Service group, responsible for:

·         Developing and executing new customer onboarding plan

·         Managing projects that support the service modernization strategy

·         Regular and timely communication of project status to external customers as well as internal stakeholders

·         Tracking project objectives to meet safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives

·         Leading cross-functional team meetings while facilitating communication with customer and throughout organization

·         Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure successful project implementation

 

 

Qualifications and Requirements

·         College or University diploma or equivalent

·         A minimum of 1 years of professional experience in Project Management (or similar) roles

·         Operational Delivery roles in complex environment such as manufacturing, service delivery, or logistics preferred

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills

·         Proficiency in English

·         Smartsheet experience a plus

·         Alignment with our company's values

·         Ability to travel up to 20%
