How to request depot service and ship your product to the CPI Depot
STEP ONE
Email your Request
Send your request via email to the depot service team. Click this email or copy into your email account: cpi.depotservice@cranepi.com
STEP TWO
Complete RMA Form
Download and complete the RMA Shipment Form. Click here to access and complete the form. Please print and include a copy of the RMA Shipment Form in the box when shipping your product to CPI Depot.
STEP THREE
Ship your Product
Box and ship your product and your completed RMA Shipment Form to: CPI Depot Repair, 891 Feehanville Dr, Mt Prospect, IL 60056
