What is the difference between a Coin Validator and Coin Acceptor?

Essentially a Coin Validator and a Coin Acceptor are the same type of product. Due to regional and company preferences both Coin Validator and Coin Acceptor are commonly used terms within the industry. CPI has standardized our terminology to just use Coin Validator on our website and marketing communications, but you may see older marketing materials which mention Coin Acceptors.
