WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

We are seeking a dynamic and results driven Commercial Excellence Leader to join our CPI Team.  As the Commercial Excellence Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving and implementing strategies to enhance commercial effectiveness, optimize processes, and maximize revenue growth.  This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong business acumen, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate across various departments.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Implement Commercial Strategies:
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement commercial sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance sales effectiveness, pricing strategies and customer engagement.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Evaluate and optimize sales processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement best practices to streamline the sales cycle and enhance the customer experience.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Utilize data analytics to assess commercial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and help to implement comprehensive sales reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to commercial activities.

Sales Training and Development:

  • Design and deliver training programs to enhance capabilities of the sales team.
  • Provide ongoing support to ensure the adoption of best practices and alignment with organizational goals.

Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross functional teams, including Marketing, Finance and Operations, to ensure alignment and synergy in commercial initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge-sharing across departments.

Technology Integrations:

  • Evaluate and implement commercial technologies and tools to optimize sales processes and customer interactions.
  • Stay informed about emerging technologies and trends in commercial excellence.

Performance Metrics and Evaluation:

  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics for commercial effectiveness.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to measure the impact of implemented strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience in similar commercial leadership role
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change and influence at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis tool and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor behavior
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
